Flourrish charges 12% of the property's annual rental value, paid by the owner. For a flat let at ₹30,000 a month, that is ₹43,200 a year before applicable taxes. It covers tenant coordination, rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, reporting and owner communication. Major repairs, renovation, government charges, CA and legal fees are extra.

Do you provide tax advice?
No. Flourrish coordinates with an empanelled Chartered Accountant for matters such as TDS on rent paid to NRIs, GST, FEMA and repatriation. Professional advice should be obtained from the appropriate licensed advisor.
