What does Flourrish Asset Management do?
Flourrish provides end-to-end property management in Chennai. We find and verify tenants, collect rent, inspect the property, coordinate maintenance and repairs, handle authorized bill payments and send you regular reports, photos and video walkthroughs.
How much does property management cost?
Our planned fee is 12% of the annual rental value, charged to the property owner. The service agreement explains what is included, what is excluded and any additional charges. Please confirm final pricing and tax treatment with the Flourrish team.
Do you verify tenants?
Yes. We carry out background checks and coordinate police verification where applicable before a tenant moves in.
Can you manage my property if I live abroad?
Yes — NRI owners are a core focus. We communicate on WhatsApp and email at times that suit your time zone, and we can coordinate with qualified CA, legal and banking professionals for NRI-specific matters.
Can I approve major repairs?
Always. Major repairs, large expenses, new tenants, rent changes, lease renewals and renovations all require your approval. We handle the routine work; you keep control of the decisions that matter.
